TI Computer provide 12month carry in hardware warranty for new & used computer and 3month carry in warranty for battery product.
What Does 12month carry in hardware warrant covered?
As long as you keep the purchase receipt and online order number, our guarantees cover normal usage within the period but not limit to burn, corrosion by corrosive, rinse in water, rush by expose in moisture, broken plastic parts, physical damage and battery are not covered by warranty. Software issue (windows corruption & file lock virus) are not cover by hardware warranty.
